A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you're bathed in healing vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds help calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and bring your body into a state of balance.

WHY MY SOUND BATHS HIT DIFFERENT

The sessions are customizable sound bath ceremonial experiences that are both experiential and educational, designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, embodied awareness, and overall mental health hygiene. Here’s how sessions can be facilitated:

  • Seated or lying down, depending on the needs of your space and participants. Entrainment is highly effective because the body naturally responds to sound frequencies, regardless of posture, allowing participants to shift into a more regulated, receptive state.

  • Participants can attend in corporate attire or comfortable clothing such as sweats, making the experience accessible and adaptable to different environments.

  • 60-minute immersive sound bath experience or a shortened 5–15 minute grounding/ reset. Ideal for meetings, retreats, or transitional moments.

  • Fully curated and customized, including the option to open/ close with a tea service or a glass of wine. The experience is highly adaptable, allowing for creative flexibility in format and flow.

In addition to sound immersion, sessions include:

  • A guided modern meditative visualization

  • Reiki (movement of stagnant energy)

  • Chakra balancing (the body’s main energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and mental well-being)

Helping participants not only relax but also understand, feel, and take ownership of what is happening in their bodies as the sound frequencies work through the process of entrainment. This educational element deepens the experience by bringing awareness to how sound impacts the nervous system, energy centers, and overall sense of balance. A key takeaway for participants as they can practice this on their own after the session.

Also included in the ceremony:

  • Manifestation card reading to receive insight, encouragement, or clarity around their current energy or intentions (if applicable to session).

  • Integration circle to pause, reflect, share, and make meaning of their experience.

After each session, participants can receive via email a curated playlist to carry the experience with them, along with a private link to create their Soul Résumé, a quiet, confidential keepsake that captures who they are at their deepest level, beyond titles, roles, and achievements. The Soul Résumé never expires, because like a professional résumé, the soul continues to evolve, and you’re always free to revisit, revise, and reflect as you grow.

Sound Baths for Ages 1–100

Sound is something we all share. Our curated sound bath experiences are designed to be engaging, restorative, and inclusive—bringing multiple generations together in a shared moment of calm, connection, and curiosity.

Each session is tailored to the audience in the space:

  • Children – playful, sensory-based experiences that support emotional regulation, focus, and creativity

  • Teens – grounding and empowering sessions that reduce stress and support emotional balance

  • Women – nurturing, restorative experiences for nervous system regulation and deep relaxation

  • Men – practical, accessible sessions that support clarity, resilience, and stress relief

What to expect after

You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and even a little dreamy. Some people experience emotional release, while others feel re-energized and clear-headed. Drink plenty of water afterward to support the energy shift. You’re welcome!

What to bring

A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, pillow and an eye mask for extra comfort (if applicable to session). Water to stay hydrated. An open heart, mind and a willingness to relax. Just get cozy, close your eyes, and let the sound waves do the rest!
