Born and raised in Brooklyn, I was shaped by resilience, intuition, and a deep sensitivity to energy. I felt what others couldn’t name and though I didn’t have language for it then, that awareness became the foundation of my work.

I've spent over 20 years in the music industry, never as a musician but creating and leading marketing campaigns across Hip-Hop, Gospel, and R&B genres for legacy recording artists. I understood rhythm, emotion, storytelling, and resonance that translated feelings into connection. In hindsight, I was always working with frequency.

The birth of my son shifted everything. He became my reason to heal, break cycles, and choose differently.  And, by 2020, despite major success, I felt deeply misaligned navigating depression and disconnection from my soul. The life I built no longer reflected who I was.

I turned to God, therapy, somatic work, breathwork, and plant medicine. A Bufo experience brought me face-to-face with TRUTH.  I realized I knew how to succeed, but not how to love myself.

That was my rebirth.

Today, I’m a Trauma-Informed Practitioner, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Plant Medicine Retreat Facilitator. I create intentional spaces where healing feels safe, grounded, and real supporting individuals globally.  Through energy work, sound, and intuitive guidance, I help people release survival patterns, generational trauma and return to themselves.

I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new.  It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

Now, in addition to marketing sounds, I facilitate it. I live it.
